So what do I like to eat and drink?

Apples add just the right amount of sweetness to my lunchtime salad.

Apples, green peppers, and salad mix all sourced from Fulton Street Farmer's Market. 

 

I added olive oil for a little spritz of flavor. Feta cheese would also be yummy on top. It was ready in two minutes, including slicing my apple. For an even quicker meal, I chop up all my vegetables - peppers, broccoli, zucchini - as soon as I get home from the Farmer's Market. Then I use them in eggs, stir fry, and salads all week long!

 

And for dessert? Fresh cantelope!
